Start Spreading the News

We're not leaving...we just got back today!

Arriving, over the weekend, at the Empire Hotel in NYC

Whew! We just landed in Pittsburgh from our trip to The Big Apple, where we spent our days exploring fashion accessory trends from Paris to New York to Los Angeles! It was almost as exhausting as it was exciting...getting up every morning at 5:00 and walking a marathon to visit not one but two tradeshows. And each of these shows had over 2,000 vendors!  We did so much walking our pedometers would have exploded, had we remembered to bring them along!  After a long day of browsing, we'd then go back to our hotel room for more research and discussion.  Finally, we painstakingly decided which brands and items we liked enough to bring to Aw Else Boutique for you.

Among other things, you're going to be seeing a lot of brilliant, rich colors this year.  If you're following us on Facebook, twitter, and/or Google+, you already know that the Pantone® color of the year is emerald.  That might be the year's hottest color, but 2013's other right-now colors are teal, mustard yellow, coral, and white!

You're going to love the new products and brands that will be arriving at AEB in the coming months. We're sticking with the theme of interchangeability of accessories - a must for our customers - but we're also branching out into new territory.

We can’t wait until we have plans finalized and more specifics to offer you. For now we’ll share some hints about what you can expect to see at Aw Else Boutique in the coming months:

  • An elite line of handbags with interchangeable covers.
  • Purses and other items in fine, Italian leathers.
  • That all-important summer accessory: Sunglasses!
  • Expansion of our John Wind jewelry, featuring statement-making pieces.
  • Several new lines of jewelry.
  • Votivo candles, from Grace Management (which also owns our Bridgewater candles).

But first, we need to unpack.
